What medications are used? Our program utilizes prescription-only GLP-1–based medications, including semaglutide and tirzepatide. Am I a good candidate for the Metabolic Reset Program? Our weight management program is designed for adults who want to reach and maintain a healthy weight with medical support. You may be an ideal candidate if: You have a Body Mass Index (BMI) of 30 or higher, or You have a BMI of 27 or higher with weight-related conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, or sleep apnea. Before starting, a healthcare evaluation is required to ensure the program is safe and appropriate for you. At Mantra Aesthetic Studio, our Obesity Medicine Association–trained provider will guide you with personalized care to help you achieve lasting results for your health and wellness goals.
Are there side effects? At Mantra Aesthetics, patient safety and comfort are our top priorities. Injectable treatments are administered subcutaneously, typically once a week, and patients receive guidance on self-injection techniques. Due to our specialized approach, many patient's have no side effects. However, common side effects may include nausea, heartburn, or mild headaches. We provide comprehensive management strategies to address these effects and ensure your comfort. Our team is always available to support you and answer questions, making your treatment journey as smooth as possible.
Is this a virtual program? This is not a fully virtual program. Monthly in-office visits are required for medication follow-ups and prescription refills. These visits allow your provider to monitor progress, review side effects, adjust dosing as needed, and ensure the medication remains safe and effective for you. While some check-ins and education may occur virtually when appropriate, most patients are seen monthly in office, which helps support consistent results, accountability, and safe long-term success in the program.
